Return policy

At Reviv2Grow Beauty, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure your satisfaction.

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact your dedicated customer service representative within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return. Our team will provide you with specific instructions based on the nature of the product. While we will cover logistics costs for domestic returns, there is a standard 15% restocking fee. 

Reverse logistics

For the convenience of our customers, we will coordinate the reverse logistics process for your return. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to package and ship the product back to us, plus contact information for our chosen carrier. Please ensure that the product is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.

Large volume orders

For large volume orders, we understand that the return process may require additional coordination. Our team will work closely with you to ensure a smooth return process for these orders. Please contact us for more information and to discuss specific requirements based on your warehouse or retail location.

International returns

For international customers, please note that return shipping costs and any associated customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking and insurance for international returns. Please contact your customer service rep for further guidance on international returns.

Refund processing

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you prefer an exchange, we will assist you in selecting an alternative product that meets your needs.

Damaged or defective products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference. 

Shipping Error on our Part

If we make an error with your order—such as sending the wrong item or an incorrect package—we will gladly provide a full refund, including shipping charges, once the returned product is received at our facility.

Unclaimed or Returned Parcels

If your parcel is returned to us due to non-pickup:

  • We will refund the cost of your order in Canadian dollars
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If you would like your order re-shipped, we are happy to assist; additional shipping fees will apply
